Last updated: [DATE] · Applies to the Sibaya Estate Management guest registration and access system
These terms cover your use of this guest registration and access system. They are separate from, and do not replace, the estate's own house rules, which you agree to separately when you sign your security pass at the gate.
These terms apply to hosts (owners or people managing a unit on the estate), guests registering for a stay, and any additional guests listed on a booking.
You're responsible for making sure the information you submit, including names, ID or passport numbers, contact details, and vehicle information, is accurate and belongs to the actual people arriving. Submitting false or misleading information may result in access being refused at the gate or a booking being cancelled.
Your gate code is personal to your unit or host account and should not be shared beyond the guests you're actually registering. You're responsible for anyone who uses your code to access the estate.
On arrival, security personnel may ask to see your ID or passport and take a photograph of it, along with a photograph of you holding it, to confirm your identity against your booking. Entry may be declined if you're unable or unwilling to provide this.
Hosts can amend or cancel a booking themselves through the host portal at any time before check-in. Cancelled bookings remain on record for the estate's own security and audit purposes, they are not deleted.
This system is provided for genuine estate access and booking purposes only. You agree not to:
[Sibaya Estate Management] is not liable for loss, theft, damage to personal property, personal injury, or security incidents arising from your visit to the estate. These are governed by the estate's own indemnity terms, which you accept separately when signing your pass at the gate.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the system after a change means you accept the updated terms.
